It's hard to believe that 2010 is almost over! As I reflect over this past year, I just wanted to give tribute and a special Thank You to everyone who gave this beginning photographer the chance to take your pictures. It meant a lot to me. I learned so much from each shoot and who knew taking portraits could be so much fun? You all were such a pleasure to work with and I am looking forward to 2011's photo shoots with some more fun and creative ideas! Thank You again!! Anni

 

 

I read in a magazine that landscape photography is the most difficult. I believe it! I so admire landscape photographers and their work. This is my attempt at a landscape and it was poorly planned. My husband and I strolled down to the beach to catch the sunset in Cannon Beach,Oregon. Little did I know that the colors of the sunset that evening were going to be outrageous!  We were pressed for time to meet some friends for dinner.....so I thought just lean on the railing and try to get a shot without getting a blurry photo. So I held my breath and took the shot. I only took one picture,but I can see if I had thought this out and had planned this shoot what may have been. Live and learn. If you look closely there is a photographer in the sunlight on the beach with his tripod. That is the way to do it. My hat is off to all of you who photograph landscapes!! :)



Paws and Rust 2011 Calendars

Wooowhooo!!!! I now have 2 calendars out for 2011! One is called "Always Time for Paws" (click HERE to view calendar)  It is a photograph collection of  furry friends that I have taken over the last several years. (Samples seen down below) Great for all the dog lovers out there. And the second calendar is called "Rusty Rigs" (click HERE to view calendar)....which is a collection of old trucks and cars that I've photographed. Kind of fun to see in a collection of 12 months :)  Hope you enjoy them!
